Can We Cry Underwater?

If you can Breath underwater, then yes you can cry underwater.

When you cry, you Breathe faster, and underwater if you don't have any source of oxygen,then you can't breathe.

It's similar to shouting underwater. So if try crying underwater without any oxygen support, you will end up swallowing lots of water. And your tears will be washed off instantly.
