Eating Rules " As Per Ayurveda "

RULE 1
Always eat 70-80 % of your appetite, There must be some space left inside stomach for the food to mix well & digest further.

RULE 2
Lunch must be the heaviest meal of the day, since digestive fire and human body mimics movement of sun, You must eat well in lunch

RULE 3
Late night dinners is a big NO - NO! Digestion gets slower as body prepares to rest!

RULE 4
Reheating your food is a Sin, Avoid stale food and reheating your food again and again. Food made in the day, if taken at night is still fine but the food from fridge to Burner to stomach is
NOT ALLOWED

RULE 5
Fast if there's INDIGESTION ! If you feel that your previous food isn't fully digested and you are still getting burps of the same, please skin a meal and drink warm water with dry ginger!

RULE 6
Eat all your meals warm, it is soothing, digestive and nourishing.
