The Escape :- Reality vs Fantasy

Actually, these two words are the two sides of same coin. The “Fantasy” and “Reality” both exists in one’s life. Fantasy is BIG! To a certain extent it is more imaginative, more exciting, and more fun. Fantasy is like a lake where man throws all his ideas and dreams, and then he dives on in from the springboard of imagination. Imagination is the key that leads to fantasy. Reality is defined as those things that are physically existing. Nowadays, we live in a constant rush and face stiff competition with one another. We are uncertain about our success, career, and at times, about our future too. we are worried about our insecurity, fears, and worries.

Fantasy is the door to the magical world, where we can escape, where we can hide, where the pressures of the outside world cannot reach us. A place where anything and everything can exists .Its true that everything comes at once in life, the bad and even the worse but it is how well you can handle it when it comes your way. However, there is always a light at the end of that tunnel. Yes, it is hard but at times you just have to hold on to reach that happiness. however, it is hard to see that light. But Instead of dealing with it we try to find an escape from it. We all have special places were we can escape to. However, these places are the temporary refugees from the reality, that makes us feel happy and free again, a place where nothing or no one can hurt us.

However, we have to face these obstacles no matter how hard or difficulty they may be. We can't always hide the pain and fears feeling inside, and we can't always ignore it. It will always come back to haunt us like a horrible nightmare until we resolve it. Sometimes it may even affect our escape and make things even more unbearable to handle. “People have learned to escape Reality very well but too often lose their way back. ”They follow many destructive methods to flee from reality. People with weaker personalities resort to easy methods to escape from reality. They may consume drugs or alcohol simply in hope of finding a temporary relief for their problems. Not dealing with our issues and using escapism is shown to increase our depressive symptoms. This may not be the best solution to mainstream problems. Nowadays we live in a constant hurry, compete with each other, we are uncertain of future, often don't have a job and any perspective in life. For this reason we want to escape from the reality. We can do it in the positive ways. On the other hand, there are many constructive ways for escaping from stressful reality. Meditation, positive dreaming, listening to music, reading books etc. are more meaningful methods for one engage to relieve stress.
